  As a facilitator in the Android Bootcamp program organized by Dicoding Indonesia, I am responsible for guiding and supporting participants in their learning journey. My duties include leading group discussions, providing feedback, holding weekly catch-up sessions to discuss progress and assignments, and facilitating Q&A sessions with the instructor. I also play a role in building an active learning community through weekly Discord sessions and monthly meetings with the Dicoding team. In addition, I provide 1:1 consultation sessions to provide motivation and assistance, ensuring each participant gets the support they need to succeed in the program.

  As a starting point, I joined the Pamulang University IT Center to complete my final project and assist the university in developing a required application. Then, I was assigned as a mobile app developer, developing a job application that connects Pamulang University alumni with selected companies. Here's what I did: 1. Interviewed university stakeholders to understand the required features. 2. Interviewed students and alumni directly to understand their needs regarding the job application. 3. Designed the user interface and experience (UI/UX). 4. Determined the application flow. 5. Developed the application using selected technologies. 6. Assisted in writing technical and non-technical documentation that was understandable to colleagues, my successors, and stakeholders.

  In my role as a Frontend Developer at PT Sebangku Jaya Abadi, I led design initiatives by crafting engaging and user-friendly interfaces and user experience (UI/UX) for immersive experiences. My collaborative and communicative approach with a cross-functional team successfully translated mockup designs into engaging web pages and mobile applications. I integrated multimedia elements, interactive games, and educational content, enhancing the overall user experience. After successfully designing the application interface, I transitioned to mobile application development. Using the latest and most trusted technologies, such as React Native, I played a crucial role in developing dynamic and user-friendly applications, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for app users. This transition not only demonstrated my adaptability but also allowed me to contribute to a cohesive digital ecosystem for Literacy Marica. Furthermore, I leveraged my expertise in Frontend Web Development to code the designs I created, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing user interface was well-implemented.
